Movement toward consciousness

Do you have the patience to wait

until your mud settles and the water is clear?

Can you remain unmoving

until the right action arises by itself?

What is Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy?

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy is part of the new wave of psychedelic psychotherapy. In addition to known benefits of ketamine for neuroplasticity, it can accelerate and bolster psychotherapy by helping remove psychological barriers to change and healing.

Ancient practices in a psychiatric context

Whether you are uncovering your past, worrying about your future, or struggling with today, practices of awareness can be combined with Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy to help you discover and change the reactive patterns keeping you from being fully present.

Our Services

Consultation

All potential treatments start with a consultation. Dr. Henner is a professional Psychiatric consultant, and has expertise in both psychopharmacology and psychotherapy. A full psychiatric history and exam will result in clear recommendations for all clients, regardless of whether KAP is indicated.

Psychotherapy and Integration

Medication management

Psychotherapy and Integration therapy sessions are not medication-assisted. Psychotherapy varies patient to patient and may include elements including how past experiences are affecting the present (psychodynamics), and/or examining thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and working toward making healthy changes (cognitive-behavioral therapy, ACT, etc). Integration often incorporates elements of these but is also intentionally connected to work done in KAP sessions.

50 mins

Medication management visits are available for those who already have a therapist, or whose current need is focused on medications and symptom management.
